It is also possible to have the balance checked by one of our staff at reception or the cash desk in our establishments.
Where can I buy a Holland Casino giftcard or dinercard?
Holland Casino giftcards and dinercards can only be bought at the reception desk or cashier's desk of any of the 13 Holland Casino establishments.
How long is a giftcard or dinnercard valid?
After purchase, a dinnercard or giftcard is valid for two years from the date of issue. You can check the date of issue in the balance checker.
Can I have my dinercard or giftcard upgraded?
Yes, you can! You can top up your dinercard or giftcard at the reception desk of any Holland Casino establishment with a minimum of € 10 and a maximum of € 150.
Can I have the remaining balance on a giftcard or dinercard paid out?
This is not possible. A dinercard or giftcard cannot be exchanged for cash.
